Test against `ronin-db-activerecord` 0.3.0

ronin-db-activerecord 0.3.0 contains changes to various enum attributes and what values they can return, so we should test Ronin::DB::CLI::Commands:: against the new version.

Everything looks fine except we need to bump sqlite3 version to 2.0.

Ended up removing the enum code in favor of String values. Will test against ronin-db-activerecord 0.3.0 anyways, but should be safe.
