Support Soundcloud & Bandcamp

YouTube delivers good pop, but SoundCloud is big in the indie/electronic scene, DailyGrooves should support it.

• UI: probably keep defaulting to YouTube, but show a big YouTube/SoundCloud choice (tab / radio), which would switch the player to a SoundCloud one.
• Backend: scrape SC embeds, and create playlists with the SC API

Would be nice, given the ton of emerging artists posting first on Bandcamp (indie scene) and Soundcloud (electronic)...
