Version 0.4.3 is out with a bug fix and documentation updates

A new version of MyPTV, 0.4.3, is out as of 26/6/22!

The new version includes:

1. a bug fix in the segmentation, dilation method
2. updates to the user manual and readme file to give a better account of the installation process, and better guidelines on how to choose the initial guess in the calibration.
