Add model details for existing third-party integrations

The existing pre-built API integrations in Coop need to add model details and specifications for OpenAI's Moderation API, Zentropi API, and Google's Content Safety API. Sub-issues will be created for each of the integrations.

The existing models should say TBD for any empty fields until filled out by the model creator.

There is a check built into Coop that will throw errors if an integration does NOT have these fields filled out.
