Integration model cards

We've been talking about this but didn't have an open issue. 😅

Coop currently supports 3 built-in integrations: Google Content Safety API, OpenAI Moderation API, and Zentropi’s text classifier to create policies. As ROOST is trying to push the industry to more openness and transparency, standardizing around information to be displayed in model cards is part of that.

@wayjaywang has initial designs for these (please share here when you're able!).

This is done, but need to figure out how to update with the current signal integrations' model cards.

Need to split into 3 issues for current signal integrations: Zentropi, OpenAI, and Google

Also need to add documentation to the README on how to add additional integrations + model cards
