Add ability to `RBrowser` to use file order

Add ability to RBrowser to use file order like the TBrowser default. People often use custom ordering in the file for convenience and this is now broken in RBrowser as it sorts things alphabetically by default.

To Reproduce

1. Have a ROOT file that has histograms stored in a non-alphabetical order.
2. Open in RBrowser.
3. There should be an option to use file ordering.

I now actually found this but it is very hidden. It may be usefull to split the settings for the navigation tree on the left and for plotting.

Keeping this ticket open for now.

@linev Do you think the default sorting method could be configured via a .rootrc flag?
Right now the default is "name" whereas @ntadej would prefer "none".

Or should we just document better where the setting is located?

Another more fine-grained idea, right clicking on the TFile would popup a context menu allowing to change the sorting of the selected item.

I adding new rootrc parameter with name "WebGui.Browser.SortBy".
To disable sorting, one will be able provide:
