Disassemble WAAAVEPOOL ISO #1

@rootnotez

Description

@rootnotez

Disassemble the VSERPI ISOs.

Essentially this is information gathering, to support running our own compilations of VSERPI.

It appears that there are two families of ISOs, one has WAAAVE_POOL and some other instruments; the other, possibly are built on images that require audio drivers such as AUTO_WAAAVES. It would be good to document this.

It might be worthwile to get md5sum of the openFrameworks directories for identifying which files are identical across instruments.

Goals:

  • Identify the base operating system
    • There were a couple distros, RPIOS, Debian, NOOBS(?) at the time.
  • Identify any kernel modifications
  • Identify an Loadable Kernel Modifications
  • Gather apt list --installed from ISOs
  • Identify drivers for the supported audio hats
  • Document build date, to have a frame of reference for what library versions.
