Summary

Please implement a metadata changes feed, as e.g. available on packagist.org. it's advertised as a field in packages.json and provides an easy way for third party mirrors or tools to track and process changes to package metadata without crawling the full repository metadata and to react to changes more promptly.

(Side note, curious why you decided to implement this in Go, rather than just using readily available Composer open source code?)

We started with a working Laravel app and pivoted to Go mostly for developer/ops simplicity on our side. Having a single binary has been nice: straightforward deploys, fewer runtime dependencies, and less to worry about on the ops side.
