Yes the whole repo needs a lot of modernization.

So two questions.

1. Do you know why the hex is not being picked up at https://docs.ropensci.org/qcoder/
2. I saw about the dependencies issue. The issue is that the package is mainly a shiny app and the packages are all being called from inside the app, not inside of normal x.R files. I was trying to find best practice on this. I don't want to say suggests because the whole thing won't work without them. I've thought about other workarounds but they all seem clunky.

okay so I took the easy way out and put them in suggests and now it all seems to work, yipee!

I would really like to move this towards CRAN and towards a review, so let's see how the next few months go.
