I'm trying to build a ROS2 system with a VLP-32C, but there does not seem to be any documentation in existence on how to use it with this driver in a practical script. I'm very glad it's compatible--truly, I really appreciate your guy's work--but the lack of documentation and examples is frustrating.
I would really appreciate some minimum reproducible examples of this library in action for the various sensors in the README or in the ROS docs (https://wiki.ros.org/velodyne/Tutorials/Getting%20Started%20with%20the%20HDL-64E). For example, a short script where you write the data to a .bag file, or display it with rviz.
