Add audio support

## Description

When playing back from a video container, add the ability to open the audio streams and publish as Foxglove's audio message for https://docs.foxglove.dev/docs/visualization/panels/audio 

That way we can  `ros2 bag play my_movie.mkv` and watch it with sound in Foxglove!
