[BUG] Unable to install

Describe the bug
I am unable to install this plugin.
I run: sanity install autocomplete-tags in the terminal and I get the error in the following screenshot

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the terminal and run sanity install autocomplete-tags
2. See error in following screenshot

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to install this plugin
