Query Builder Plans for the next major version

The next major version of this library that would have a minimum version of PHP 8.3 should:

• Drop Aura SqlQuery if it doesn't work with PHP 8.3+
• Add https://github.com/atlasphp/Atlas.Query if it has been actively maintained and works with PHP 8.3+
• If both libraries above have been abandoned, look at other good 3rd party Query builders to incorporate from packagist
