Update Vespula/Auth dependency

The latest vespula/auth as at Jan 2026 is version 5.x which has PHP 8.3 as minimum requirement. When it's time to make PHP 8.3 the minimum requirement for this package and the MVC framework, switch to the latest possible vespula auth version at that time and make sure to update the dependencies dist file in the MVC framework to instantiate the new version of Vespula auth properly
