Where are logs stored in Dockerized Roundcube?

I'm trying to debug a plugin, and I can't seem to find my log files. I've tried changing my config.inc.php debug params per the documentation, and the only output I'm seeing is to the container console (I'm running Dockge). Searched the entire container for *.log and can't find anything. I've tried both "file" and "syslog" for $config['log_driver'] and the only thing I see in /logs is .htaccess. Not seeing any errors re: logging in the console either. Is there something different about dockerized Roundcube with regard to logging?
