Description
When creating a survey, having a participant choose value between two bounds using a number input is clunky, so lets add the slider input so that it can be used instead of a number input. It would also be neat if there was a flag that could let users type in the specific numbers if they wanted as well. This is neat example: https://mantine.dev/core/slider/.
