Unable to upload blanks files to Onedrive

Describe the bug
File won't upload to one drive it is blank. (Sampled with a txt file without any contents.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload a file to Onedrive using the Onedrive connector with a blank file. (No contents)
2. File will not be uploaded and no error is thrown.
3. Inputted random characters in the sample file (txt file in this case). File gets uploaded

Expected behavior
File should be uploaded even if it's a blank file.

Additional context
Tried to upload a Blank txt file to a non existent folder. The folder got created but the file was not uploaded.
