Supabase support as datastore

Supabase is an open source, self-hostable variant of Firebase. With Rowy's open source nature and assumed favoring of the firebase setup, I think it would make a lot of sense to support Supabase as well. It might even be fairly simple, with a lot of the same code re-usable between the two datastores.
