Feature request: Incorporate CLUMPAK-style major/minor mode detection

I use pophelper for the analysis of my STRUCTURE output files and I think it's the best software around for this. However, currently it does not identify major and minor clustering modes across replicates, which I used to do via https://clumpak.tau.ac.il/ but the server does not exist anymore.

It would be wonderful if this feature could be incorporated in pophelper! Is this a realistic option?
