Regex fomat

Hi, I'm using windows 10 x64 with 0.3.7 version of the plugin on OBS 30.2.3.
Nothing that I do wth regex works.
For example, my url contains hh:mm format and I want to ensure its in valid 24h format.
What's the difference between regex and postprocessing regex?
