Is this plugin compatible with latest release? If yes, perhaps update README, so that it's more obvious :)

and can tell us if we need to use this plugin or to do the readme on the doc of xcpng (https://xcp-ng.org/docs/storage.html) , what is the difference ?

I've try to use lvm + ceph ( like it's on xcp-ng doc) , but it's so slow .. 30MB/s (write&read), is this plugin is more fast ?
