Summary
Bulk Invoice Download can't be used for more than 7-days and also there's a 30 minutes throttling for each requests. It is a huge pain to download monthly invoice for GST reasons.

Orders -> Order Reports -> Bulk Invoice Download
This feature is currently useless as we can only download invoices for 7-days and there's also 30 minutes API throttling. So, downloading monthly invoice is very difficult.
Apart from that it doesn't include refunds
