Enable other RSAT dev team members to manage RSAT server on IFB-core cluster

We should enable other RSAT dev team members to manage RSAT server on IFB-core cluster.

This requires

• to have an account on IFB-core-cluster.
• the admin sys should then grant them the authorisation to log in on the clust-rsat VM, and to have sudo rights on this VM

Some of us already have an account (@morganeTC , @santanaw ). The other RSAT managers should create an account (@amedina-liigh, @brunocontrerasmoreira , @jaimicore , ...).

To request an account on IFB core cluster, please fill in the form on "my cluster" :
