chore: remove obsolete railway.toml, as we moved to a dedicated VPS

- Eliminated the build configuration for Nixpacks.
- Removed environment variable settings for Node.js version.
- Cleared deployment commands including start and healthcheck paths.
- Updated project structure by removing unused files.
