MIDI2LR present in Lightroom plug-in manager, but does not start

Hi,
I am using:

• Windows 10,
• Lightroom classic 10.4,
• MIDI2LR 4.3.1.11

After one crash of LR, MIDI2LR stopped working. I tried reinstalling MIDI2LR, restarting windows, force-starting MIDI2LR with .exe file - no success.

My situation at the moment:

• I have MIDI2LR 4.3.1.11 installed
• It is visible in Lightroom plug-in manager and says "installed and running"; "This plug-in is enabled"; "No diagnostic messages"
• When I start Lightroom MIDI2LR does not start (no error messages, no unusual behavior - just does not start)
• I did not manage to force it start in any other way..

Could some one give me some hints on what has happened there and how to solve it?
