Request: Prevent changes when Lightroom is not the active application

When I have Lightroom in the background, I don't want accidental knob turns or button presses to affect the image, probably even unnoticed. Reality is that the controller moves around (its bluetooth, why wouldn't it! :D:D) and things get layn on top of it etc.

An option in the settings to only apply changes when Lightroom is the active application would be very much appreciated <3
