Midi is recognized but won't send commands

Been using MIDI2LR for years. I just updated LR and MIDI2LR to the latest versions. LR sees MIDI2LR and the controller but the controller won't work.

I tried removing and reinstalling MIDI2LR but no luck. After reading through the FAQ's and other posts, I then removed the Security & Privacy/Accessibility/Privacy registry thingy but can't get it to reinstall. I suspect that is my problem. What am I missing?

BTW, I'm on MAC OS 12.6.5 and MIDI2LR 5.4.0
