Can't access Adjust CC dialog via right click

Hey there!

I just started messing around with MIDI2LR a few days ago. It looks very promising, but I'm failing to figure out something - how to bring up the Adjust CC dialogue. At one point it used to work, now it doesn't any more - right clicking on the LR command gives the visual cue of clicking the button, but the dialogue itself doesn't show. Otherwise things seem to be working - the controller outputs MIDI commands and they get picked up by MIDI2LR properly. Simple commands like Quick Develop Increase exposure 1/3 stop work in Lightroom, but I'm missing the way to customise the more advanced commands (like Basic Tone : Exposure).

If it matters, the hardware is a DOIO KB16 macro pad running QMK and configured to use MIDI on one of the layers.

Turns out that this is (probably by design) not supported for simple notes and only available for some other MIDI commands; probably would've been more obvious if I was using a proper MIDI controller, not a macropad programmed to act as one. But I still think it would be useful to be able to do increment/decrement with MIDI note commands.

So previously I had MIDI send note commands (e.g. MI_E) assigned to everything, including the dials, and this was not working with the Adjust CC dialogue; just tried assigning something else (e.g. MI_SUS) and it correctly allows me to access the dialogue. Still figuring some things out (mainly regarding which MIDI commands work), but at least I figured out this one. I think it should be pointed out in the documentation somehow (I went through it, but I don't remember reading about this).
