MIDI2LR Registering midi commands but not passing them to Lightroom #841

After lying awake pondering this I realised that my 'My Documents' folder (where the profiles are stored) is synced between the computers via Microsoft One Drive. I renamed the folder so there were no keys defined so all key mappings were blank. Created a new mapping for one of the knobs on the X-Touch and it still isn't passed to lightroom despite being recognised and MID2LR saying it is connected to Lightroom... |

Fixed it! Created an empty profiles folder on my Desktop and created a new mapping to the X-Touch Knob and it works!!! |

I've been using MIDI2LR with a Berhinger X-Touch mini for about a year with very few issues.
I recently got a Streamdeck XL and after a lot of messing around with loopmidi and controllers.xml I got it working alongside the X-Touch mini on my desktop (Windows 11). I then started trying to do the same with my laptop (also Windows 11) and had struggled to get them both working.
I am now at the stage where, even without the Streamdeck and loopmidi in play, the X-Touch doesn't work.
It's odd. MIDI2LR says it's connected to lightroom, registers the dials being turned and even associates them the correct function, but nothing happens in lightroom. It also doesn't feed the current slider positions back to the leds surrounding the dials on the X-Touch.
With the streamdeck attached it passes commands from that through just fine but exhibits the same behaviour for the X-Touch.
I've uninstalled MIDI2LR, loopmidi, factory reset the X-Touch, rebooted dozens of times, even uninstalled lightroom but the problem persists.
I've now gone back to my desktop and the same is happening there... normally this would suggest the X-Touch is to blame but MIDI2LR is registering it, and commands from it, just fine.
I've been through the discussions but couldn't see anything like this.
This is a copy of controllers.xml, this worked fine before this started.
