PowPeg peg-out stuck - BTC UTXO confirmed but no release transaction created

I initiated a direct PowPeg peg-out from RSK to a Bitcoin mainnet address. The RSK side is confirmed, and the BTC amount is visible at the PowPeg recipient address, but no Bitcoin transaction has been created to release the funds to the destination address.

At this address, a confirmed UTXO of approximately 0.00497112 BTC is visible on Bitcoin mainnet with hundreds of confirmations. However, no Bitcoin transaction ID has been created to release the funds to the destination address, and the peg-out appears to be stuck at the PowPeg signer stage.
Request:

Could the PowPeg signer queue please be checked and the peg-out released? If manual intervention is required, please advise on the next steps.
I can provide screenshots showing the RSK confirmation, the confirmed Bitcoin UTXO at the PowPeg address, and the destination Trezor wallet if needed.
