Stabilize 2.2.x branch with dependency updates and code quality fixes

- Update dependencies: express 4.17.1→4.21.2, mocha 11.7.0→11.7.1, prettier 3.4.2→3.6.1
- Fix ESLint configuration by adding missing Node.js globals (fetch, AbortController, etc.)
- Remove dateformat dependency, replace with native toLocaleTimeString
- Update package version to 2.2.0
- Update CLAUDE.md documentation for lint command
