would it be possible to merge this effort into r-system-requirements and/or deprecate this repo?

Both as a user and pkg dev I am bit confused between these three approaches to managing system dependencies:

1. r-hub's {sysreq} / sysreqsdb backing the r-hub service
2. rstudio's shinyapps-package-dependencies backing shinyapps.io
3. rstudio's r-system-requirements driving RSPM

I understand that sysreqsdb is a superset of target platforms, but shinyapps.io (xenial? bionic?) is included in r-system-requirements, right?
