1. Will have autocomplete
2. Will group results across module, contacts, accounts, leads, products, etc.
3. Will show gravatar for contacts, logos/images for accounts.

Yes, we have index table in CRM and helpdesk we need such table other rtbiz plugins also to make such feature.
