Problem when readAntares() is trying to read the linkCapacities on version 8.3.2 of Antares #203
Description
It appears to be a problem with the readAntares() function and version 8.3.2 of Antares when trying to read the linkCapacities. Is it possible that this is caused due to the slightly different input file structure of the newest Antares version (folder "capacities")?
The error: "Error in readAntares(........, : Times-Series not found in output, exchange capacities can't be load"
readInputTS() seems to be able to read link capacities just fine.
