Description
generalSiblings is (I think) a misnomer, since the selector will only apply to subsequent siblings, so I think subsequentSiblings would be a more appropriate name. See the discussion in the CSS Working Group Specifications repo:
Renamed to Subsequent-sibling Combinator per WG acceptance of dbaron's comments.
