Overwrites Ctrl+Up Arrow outside of Youtube

I finally narrowed down why I couldn't use Ctrl + Up Arrow in Google Sheets.
It only happens when I have this extension enabled in chrome.

The documentations says Ctrl + Up Arrow only works when Youtube is open and "Close Original Window/Tab" is enabled.

But it locks out that hotkey even when Youtube isn't open & "Close Original Window/Tab" is Disabled.

I can't reproduce this issue in either Firefox 126 or Chrome 126, both on Windows. Can you provide more information about your system?

Also, when I'm in Google Sheets and I check the extensions menu, I see this:

Reproduced issue in:
Chrome: Version 126.0.6478.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Chrome: Version 126.0.6478.62 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I tested by:

1. Opening up a google sheet in chrome
2. Installing the extension through Chrome Web Store.
3. Trying Ctrl + Arrows, and confirming only Ctrl + Up doesn't work in Google Sheets.
4. Removing the extension through the Chrome Web Store or extension bar.
5. Confirming that Ctrl + Up now works in Google Sheets
