Filter Un-Tagged Deviations #231
Description
Users have requested the ability to filter out deviations that do not have any tags.
The CSS selector would need to ensure that the extension retrieved metadata from the API and no tags were present so that it doesn't inadvertently/temporarily hide deviations that have not (yet) loaded metadata.
