RUSTSEC-2024-0436: paste - no longer maintained

Because I mentioned RUSTSEC-2024-0436 in my pr ci: Audit-check: create Cargo.lock before audit-check, the security audit action isn't automatically making an issue.

So here is what I copied from my fork, once I enabled issues. Logs of the run that made the issue in my repo.

that this project is not longer maintained as well as archived the repository

• pastey, a fork of paste and is aimed to be a drop-in replacement with additional features for paste crate
