1D SPMe with temperature

Write a solver for the 1D SPMe model with temperature to do some direct comparisons with LIONSIMBA results. Hopefully this will give some confidence that the thermal solver is doing the right thing.

SPMe solver has been written which calculates heating in the current collectors as I_app^2 * R as in LIONSIMBA, and applies a uniform current density, making the problem effectively 1D. Need to compare with LIONSIMBA results.
