Calculate terminal voltage components and add cutoff voltage in simulation. Currently the simulation stops because the maximum (or minimum) particle concentration is reached.

voltage Class has been added. An event was set to stop the simulation at the cutoff voltage (and at full/empty particles) but it only seems to work if the tolerance is set pretty large (0.1).
