Use java.net.http.HttpClient

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Your library uses either OkHttp or Jetty http client to make requests to telegram API.
What about supporting Java native http client from java.net.http? What is the reason to pull extra dependency and ignoring existing solution from JDK?
