Rename TransferNFT linker function to ExecuteNFT

The API call under "TransferNFT" is made under /api/execute-nft which can do both ownership transfer and self-execution. Hence it would be ideal to change the name from "TransferNFT" to "ExecuteNFT" to avoid confusion.
