[folder privacy] checker crashes after upgrading from Rails 7.0 to 7.1

The folder privacy checker causes packwerk check to crash after updating Rails from 7.0 to 7.1.

Hi @gi! I tried running packwerk check in our codebase and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Would you be able to post the output (if there was any)?
