Enable third party cookies #249

Hello, I realize this is more problem with chromium itself but perhaps I'm overlooking something ... I did upgrade (from 90.0.4430.212-1~deb10u1 to 99.0.4844.51-1~deb11u1) and since then chromium defaults to disable third party cookies. Well, ok, make sense ... but I would need to either enable them for ferrum-managed window or allow some exceptions, and it seems it's ignoring the exceptions set for normal windows.
