Bug: no validation for email in new fund request form.

Current Behavior

When I click 'submit fund request' without entering email, it doesn't trigger required field warning.
Also, we can input anything in email field. There is no validation for email field.

Expected Behavior

When I click "submit fund request", without email there should be an asterisk to mark required fields warning.
User should input valid email address.

How to Replicate

1. • Log in as an volunteer.
2. • Go to My case.
3. • Click on case number.
4. • Click on "new fund request". Try to fill the form without email.
5. • Try to fill the email with any char.
