Add Student Field to Volunteer form / Update styling

Summary

As an admin, I would like to add/update a volunteer by filling in their personal details and assigning student(s) for the particular volunteer.

Things to Consider

The first name, last name, email, and phone number fields are already implemented. This requires additional fields like adding student name(s).

Criteria for Completion

• Add Information label above the first name field
• A new field with the label "Assign Student" should be added below the phone number field
• There should be a search field below the label to be able to search for existing students and assign accordingly. The search field should have a pretext which says "Search student and click to add" with a magnifying glass/search icon on the left side.
• Once the student is chosen, the selected name (first name and last name) and age should be displayed below the search field
• Have two buttons called Cancel and Save and follow the design guidelines for the same
