Description
Registered users will see very different content depending on their role. We need a nice layout that will accommodate differing content for Citizen Scientists, Researchers, and Admins. There is a lot of room for flexibility here and the stakeholders have provided a tremendous amount of information as images, figures, documents, powerpoint slides and more. Some of the requested content include:
Citizen Scientist
- Submit individual sightings records
- UTM data for observation locations
Researchers
- Protocols (captive and wild)
- Captive facility and enclosure plans/blueprints
- Image and description upload
- Upload summaries/minutes from working group meetings
- Projects registry
- Education and outreach materials
- Banding data
- Filtered data views
Admins
- Invite new users by email address
- Inbox view for Citizen Scientist/Researcher registration requests
- Registered user list view and management
Most of this is outside of the scope of an MVP but for design/layout purposes it may be helpful to know the kinds of content requested.
