Deleting a teacher

We need to consider what happens when a teacher is deleted. We have soft deletion and hard deletion options. We need to think about what happens in both cases when they are used and how the options are presented.

Proposal (not set in stone):

• Soft delete when the teacher is initially "deleted"
• Soft deleted teachers show up on index with an indicator that they are soft deleted
• Soft deleted teachers have a hard delete option
