We don't have a design specific to the stats page, so this task will involve applying the general designs included in the tracking issue to the existing layout.

Currently, the stats page looks like 👇 There are a few tricky items to keep in mind while implementing the new layout. I'll cover those below.

🤔 Considerations

• The number of downloads for gems decreases (somewhat significantly) with pagination.
• Alignment of the numbers and bars (meter) gets tricky as the bars get shorter.
• Page one and page ten represent vastly different counts, but their appearance should be consistent.
• The color of the bars is up to you, but they should fit in with the overall design
