Allow set storage url

Since I am using LocalStack S3 locally, I cannot stage the data before sending it to ClickHouse. In this situation, I believe it would be beneficial to have the option to set a storage URL or to implement support for staging events purely in memory on the server side before sending them to ClickHouse.
